Paul works primarily with all types of artists, musicians, and creatives — people who live at the intersection of sensitivity and strength, and who deserve support that understands both. He will be with you through every step.
Paul Dionne Jr. knows what it means to search for yourself — and to find something greater on the other side.
After years of navigating depression and the weight of addiction, Paul discovered that healing was not just possible, but purposeful. What began as a personal journey inward became a calling outward — to walk alongside others as they find their own way back to themselves.
Paul completed his 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at The Yoga Nest in Los Angeles and holds certification through the World Yoga Federation. His teaching is grounded, breath-centered, and accessible — drawing on the same principles of presence and intention that anchor all of his healing work. Whether in a private session, a group class, or a corporate setting, Paul brings yoga not as performance, but as practice.
Studying Reiki changed everything. As Paul deepened his practice and earned his Reiki Master certification, a passion emerged that could not be contained to a single modality. Today, Paul weaves together Reiki, Crystal Healing, Sound Bowl therapy, Oracle Card Reading, and Pranayama Breathwork into sessions that meet each person exactly where they are.
Paul's background is as layered as his approach. He is a graduate of Sober College of Addiction Studies and holds his CADC I (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor). He served for six years as Program Director at Living Now Recovery, where he counseled and supported men in achieving and sustaining sobriety. He went on to serve as Case Manager at Recover Integrity in Brentwood, working closely with medical and psychiatric staff to facilitate individualized, client-centered care.
Before his work in the healing arts, Paul spent years in Hotel and Restaurant Management — directing hundreds of people, solving complex problems, and learning how to lead with presence. Those skills didn't disappear when his path changed. They deepened.
As a neurodivergent, sober member of this community, Paul brings something rare to his practice: lived experience, genuine empathy, and the quiet confidence of someone who has done the work himself. He does not guide from a distance. He walks with you.
"Being present and available to help another human being has been the most rewarding experience of my life."
